Muddy Pups provides:

- Open from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

How will my dog benefit from a day at Muddy Pups?
Your dog will spend its time in a safe environment, filled with physical activity, human contact and plenty of socialisation with other furry friends!
How many dogs do you look after at any one time?
We currently have a maximum limit of eight dogs per day. This ensures each dog attending Muddy Pups will receive quality care.
How much time will my dog be able to spend outside?
We offer unlimited, off-lead playtime in our large, secure acre plot. Your dog can spend as much or as little time playing outside, as they want.
Will my dog be supervised at all times?
Yes! At Muddy Pups, your dog will never spend any time alone.
Can any dog attend Muddy Pups?
Only non-aggressive, fully vaccinated dogs will be allowed to attend Muddy Pups. We will meet and assess each dog during the initial meet and greet session.
Can my puppy attend Muddy Pups?
Yes. We accept puppies once they have been fully vaccinated.
What happens in an emergency?
We would contact you immediately. If urgent medical attention is required, we will take your dog to their usual veterinary practice or our local practice, whichever is closer. We have a canine first aid kit on-site & CPR experience.
What if my dog is on medication?
We are happy to administer medication.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes. All owners will need to prove their dog's vaccination record is up-to-date before they can attend Muddy Pups.
Does my dog need to be neutered/spayed?
Yes, your dog will need to be neutered or spayed, unless they are too young for the operation.
How many days can my dog attend Muddy Pups?
Your dog can attend Muddy Pups every week day, providing we have spaces.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We take payment via bank transfer or cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
We need at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation, so that we have time to offer the space to another customer. Customers who provide adequate notice will receive a credit for their booking.
Do you charge for late collections?
Yes, we charge £5 for every 30 minutes that you are late collecting your dog.
Is there a charge if my dog needs to be taken to the vets?
Yes, we charge £10 per vet visit to cover time and travel expenses.
